Embark on a transformative 11 week teen summer fitness program instilling a passion for fitness and a deep understanding of the importance of nutrition in leading a happy, healthy life.
Foundations of Fitness: Engaging workouts teach kids essential fitness skills - strength, agility, and endurance - in a fun, age-appropriate manner.
Teamwork: The program emphasizes collaboration, teaching kids the value of working together towards common goals, enhancing their ability to function as part of a team.
Social Skills: Through group activities and shared challenges, children improve their social interactions, building friend-ships and learning to support their peers.
Goal Setting: Kids learn to set personal goals and work towards achieving them, fostering a proactive mindset that applies to both physical challenges and life.
Confidence Building: Overcoming obstacles and celebrating successes in the program boosts children’s confidence and self-esteem, preparing them to tackle new challenges with enthusiasm.
