Our foundation program consists of 3 one-on-one personal training sessions designed to introduce you to the fundamental movements of CrossFit. You'll start with the basics, like the air squat, and progress to move advanced techniques, including Olympic lifts. These sessions provide a safe and structured environment where you can learn proper mechanics under direct supervision, ensuring you develop good habits, prevent injury, and receive real-time feedback on your form.
Each Foundations session lasts 45 to 60 minutes and includes a dynamic warm-up, skill development, a structured workout, and a guided cool down. These sessions are designed to build confidence, improve technique, and set the stage for long-term success in our classes.
