New to CrossFit?
Our Foundations program will go through basic movements and proper fitness techniques from the ground up. Transition to our regular classes in no time!
This unique program is an opportunity for anyone who is new to CrossFit or has been away from CrossFit for a while to breakdown the basic fundamental movements of the sport.
We will work with you to build a safe movement pathway focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. Learning the building blocks of CrossFit will help you be prepared for any workout of the day.
In each session:
Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit, you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience! You will be able to move safely in class performing complex movements confidently.
