Meet Coach Colin – an athlete who started CrossFit in 2017. Colin's journey began 10 years ago when he first started playing competitive soccer. With a passion for sports and a love for adventure, Colin dreams of visiting every national park in the country. His favorite movement in CrossFit is the Ring Muscle Up, challenging his strength and agility, while his least favorite is the Strict Press, pushing him to overcome his weaknesses. He is also CrossFit Level 2 Certified.
Our CrossFit Kids program is not just about teaching basic movements; it's about building a foundation for a lifetime of active living. Through engaging activities and structured workouts, children will strengthen their muscles, improve their fitness levels, and foster a sense of accomplishment. Our certified coaches guide them through age-appropriate exercises, ensuring they get their recommended weekly exercise while having a blast. Coach Colin designs all the programing and workouts himself.
