In this 45-minute class, our coaches look forward to teaching your kids how fitness can be fun, through games and activities, while burning off extra energy and stress. Other benefits of this class include learning body awareness and proper movement patterns, preventing future injuries in whatever life throws their way.
As your kids grow, they often struggle to learn how to safely control how they move, ultimately resulting in long lasting over-compensation patterns that follow them into adulthood and wreak havoc on their bodies over time.
KidsFit will be offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4pm
